Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a late fee
Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure your appointment. The booking fee will be applied towards the total cost of your service
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Atleast 72 hours notice is required if you cannot attend your appointment. If i am not given the advanced notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment i will not be able to return your booking fee and a may have to charge a fee to re-book with me
Consultation: A consultation will be carried out at the time of your appointment with me. However, an in person or virtual consultation can take place prior to your appointment if you wish to do so
